Take the next step in your nursing career through New England Tech’s Nursing Pathway Program. Eligible participants may qualify for full tuition coverage.

Designed to support individuals entering or advancing in the nursing profession, this program provides pathways into both Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) training. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on simulation training, clinical experiences, and academic support, students gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in nursing and deliver high-quality patient care.

Nurses are at the heart of the healthcare system – providing direct care, supporting treatment plans, and advocating for patients and families. Whether practicing as an LPN or RN, nurses assess patient needs, administer care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure safe, effective treatment across diverse settings. Graduates are prepared for careers in hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and community health.

In our program, you’ll master the skills to:

  • Provide safe, compassionate patient care across diverse populations
  • Administer medications and support treatment plans (LPN and RN scope dependent)
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Apply clinical judgment, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice
  • Deliver care in hospitals, long-term care, and community healthcare settings
