New England Institute of Technology Receives Top Ranking by U.S. News & World Report in its “2018 Best Online Programs”
East Greenwich, RI – U.S. News & World Report just released its “2018 Best Online Programs” a resource used by millions of students globally to compare the academic quality and value of bachelor’s and master’s level online degree programs offered at colleges and universities across the country. Of the 357 schools that were ranked for their online bachelor of science degree programs, New England Institute of Technology (91ֱ) was the only Rhode Island university that ranked in the top 20 and one of only two universities in New England that also ranked in the top 20. The announcement was made by Dr. Douglas H. Sherman, Senior Vice President and Provost, at New England Institute of Technology.
The “2018 Best Online Programs” is a report used by students and working adults seeking online education programs to complete their degree or advance their career while maintaining a flexible schedule that suits their work and personal commitments. Only degree-granting programs offered predominantly online at regionally accredited colleges and universities are reviewed.
